Tin Tonkin has been working in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years. She began her health career as a group fitness instructor teaching a variety of health and fitness classes and then earned her B.S. in Health Promotion/Fitness Management. During that time she also received her certification as a Personal Trainer (CPT) and a yoga teacher (CYT). She has been helping others achieve their health and fitness goals with an emphasis on nutrition, exercise physiology, health promotion and lifestyle coaching. Tina incorporates her skills in lifestyle coaching as part of a sustainable, full-spectrum approach to leading a happy, healthy quality of life.
Raised in Alaska, Tina loves all outdoor activities, especially snow sports. She has lived in Oregon for over two decades and enjoys the experience of four seasons and the beauty of outdoor living the Oregon provides.
