Jennifer has been working in the Health and Fitness Industry for over 30+ years. She started her career as a Group Fitness instructor and Personal Trainer. She has numerous certifications including Pilates, Yoga, Spinning, Boot Camp, Kickboxing, Certified Group Fitness, Certified Personal Training, Nutrition & Behavior.
She uses her years of health and fitness training along with her own personal experience with autoimmune disorders to help others navigate a long-term healthy lifestyle. Raised locally, Jennifer lives a very active lifestyle. She loves spending time with her grown boys, exercising and teaching at the gym and riding competitive barrel horses.
