As a fitness and nutrition adviser, she uses her years of training along with her own personal experience with autoimmune disorders to help others develop the practices required to lead a long-term, healthy lifestyle. She started her career as a Group Fitness instructor and Personal Trainer. Jennifer’s numerous certifications include: Pilates, Yoga, Spinning, Boot Camp, Kickboxing, Nutrition, Behavior and Certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer Raised locally, Jennifer lives a very active lifestyle. She loves spending time with her grown boys, exercising, teaching classes at the gym and riding competitive barrel horses.
