Jennifer has been working in the Health and Fitness Industry for over 30+ years. She started her career as a Group Fitness instructor and Personal Trainer.
She has numerous certifications including: Pilates, Yoga, Spinning, Boot Camp, Kickboxing, Certified Group Fitness, Certified Personal Training, Nutrition & Behavior.
Using her years of experience with the combination of her own journey through auto-immune disorders she enjoys helping others navigate a long term mindful, healthy lifestyle. Raised locally Jennifer loves an active lifestyle. Spending time with her grown boys, exercising and teaching at the gym and riding competitive barrel horses.
